Department of Optometry
Brief History:
The Department of Optometry emphasises on professional and practical training. Our department is to strengthen “ophthalmic lenses and dispensing”, “optometry”, and professional training, such as the professional ability of the lens processing, eye care health professional competence, and refraction (optometry)professional competence.
Objectives:
The goal of The Department of Optometry is to train both professional health care and optometric skills.
Features:
To help students to gain professional optometric skills.
Curriculum:
The curriculum of Department of Optometry includes Ophthalmic lenses and Dispensing, Optometry, Refraction, Contact lens, Retinoscopy, optical lens, Marketing etc..
Introduction of Equipment:
Refraction Lab.
Ophthalmic Lenses and Dispensing Lab.
Contact Lens Lab.
Simulation Stores Lab.
